Heavy Hitters Ladies Boxing Boot Camp classes are one hour +. Each class includes jump roping, 25 to 30 minutes of non stop strength and cardio training (push ups, jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climber, just to name a few. 15 minute abs session, heavy bag interval rounds, battle rope intervals, with weight training added 3 times a week. It is encourage to attend 3-5 days a week to get a proper full body workout without over-training your muscles. Our USA Metro certified instructors will vary the workouts from week to week to continually “shock” the body to lose weight and build muscle. We like it because it keeps our clients engaged and they never got bored of the same workout so every class feels new and exciting.
In order to accommodate both beginner and advanced clients in one class exercises and drills are modified to the clients specific needs so no matter what your fitness level you are always pushed, challenged, and continually learning.
