KICK BOXING / MMA PROGRAM
This class is for both men and woman of all ages who are looking to get in the ring, fighting shape or just shed a few extra pounds. Skills learned will include both basic to advanced kickboxing/MMA techniques such as striking(punches and kicks), clinch fighting, counters, conditioning drills, deffense, as well as live sparing at the end of each class to get you toned, in shape and ring ready. What ever your background or health condition it's never to late to make the right choice and start exercising, Add jumprope, conditioning drills and some sparing and you'll meet your fitness goals in no time.
