Kids Youth Program boxing classes

(Ages 6-15 Boys and Girls) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 5-6pm

(Pee Wees Ages 4-8) Tuesday, Thursday 6-7pm

Heavy Hitters Boxing Kids Classes consist of boxing techniques that are taught by coaches who are registered through USA Boxing. Safety is one of the most important things that we teach our young students. The classes consist of Boxing technique and skills, calisthenics, running, jump roping, punching heavy bags and hand mitts, abs workouts and Olympic exercises. Students will not spar in the ring until coaches feel they are capable of using techniques learned. When the time comes that the student is ready to spar, it is done with safety as a paramount and only with our Certified coaches closely monitoring. Students will develop many important life building skills including discipline, confidence, self-esteem, goal setting, patience, restraint, persistence, humility, honor and passion. Along with developing these core values, students will learn how to "not sweat the small things" while having fun at the same time!

AMATEUR COMPETitive BOxing/open gym

(Ages 15-50 Men and Women) Monday thru Friday 6pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-12pm

Heavy Hitters is an officially licensed USA Boxing Gym. If you have a passion to learn or develop as an amateur boxer, Heavy Hitters is the place for you. With state of the art equipment and training facility, become a part of our team and participate in competitive amateur boxing.  If competition isn't for you, and what you are looking for is a boxing gym to learn and get in shape, we are your place!
